Updates from the Chairman – Tina Warner and Ben Trecoci are new board members have been appointed by the mayor
BVIP Update –27 applicants – 18 are viable – first review meeting at November 19^th-
Upcoming Terms – Rajiv and Brit will be stepping down

Liability insurance – hold harmless agreement –

Add running for lightin up and small business Saturday

New issue of Downtown Magazine

Website has been updated to own server and migration is taking over this week – a lot of traffic to the website is slowing
