    • Camera Update – city is concerned about the maintained of the FLOCK- BID would cover?  Stolen, damaged
    • RECAP: Candidate Panel Roundtable February 4th
    • State of Downtown – UPDATE – Alex and Brit interviewing and creating a video for the event, food and drinks have been ordered.
    • Facade Program – UPDATE – Matt Monroe, creating a rubric for approval and then start accepting applications,

    • Plant Watering – Classic Gardens -Franksville, WI – savings of $5200 – applying for meter for the water –

  • Downtown Magazine – updates, Content and Ads submitted to Carmichael Communications for next issue – March 1st
  • Universal Gift Cards – 46 venues now signed up
  • Spotlights – rapid fire two businesses not highlighted

  • Outreach & Retention
  • Preparing packets to hand out to each business and property owner with BID info, opportunities, contacts, etc.
  • Pulse survey sent in January – will send quarterly. Only 6 responses. Biggest struggles are currently sales and income.
  • Site visits and inventory to start in March
  • Streets & Beautification
  • Holiday Lighting was taken down
  • Light pole stars will remain up until the end of February
  • Met with Parks Department on Cleaning up hedges on 6thAvenue between 54th and 55th Streets
  • Cleanup Scheduled for April 20th, the Saturday before earth day.

  • Graffiti – dumpster by HON, fencing by Moda Bella, other locations?
  • Events & Promotions
  • Restaurant Week – 31 of 63 participating restaurants are downtown!
  • State of the Downtown – invitations sent

  • Bunny Hop – March 23, registration open – Bunny – Bunny at Rhode from 10 – 1
  • Sip & Stroll – June 8, event application
