CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL

    1. Updates from the Chairman – April 25th – Cameras – Security Officer Elm – Remove the planters – Parking and Signs – design and placement – flags on the poles-
      1. Add Promotional Items to Budget – ie – stickers, pens
      2. Confirm dollar amounts for networking and educational meetings – approved – $3333
      3. Establish budget for Networking event on May 11th at Public Craft Brewing Co. – Rajhiv – approved

  2. Marketing Updates
    1. Downtown magazine deadline is at the end of the – Donny@happeningsmag.com
    2. The lettering machine establish merchandise – Go Downtown Kenosha Merch and Webstore with through The Lettering Machine – forst – Alex- Second – Maria approved –
    3. Round Table on the Radio – Carmichael – Kevin Ervin Weds
    4. Clean-up Day is Scheduled April 22nd – Earth Day – with Soul Space, contact Jenna with questions.
    5. Sip and Stroll Dates – June 24th and Oct 7th – update from Attorney and WI Safe Serve, must be through vendor, cannot purchase resale. – Supply product and businesses can use own product – registration out first week of may
    6. Third Thursdays Roll Out – June 15th
