Family owned and operated since 1965. The late Mr. Jim Pruett opened for business in the summer of 1965. His wife, Kyoko, took over operations in the early 80’s until she moved on in 1993. It was her dying wish for the business to remain in the family. “Jimmy Chan” (her son) has owned and operated the now Interlude II since 1993. This is truly a place where you can kick back, banter, and laugh with a great group of people. Stop in for a drink. If you’re lucky, you just might get served by the one and only world famous Jimmy.
