Join us for the Annual Go Downtown Kenosha Bunny Hop!
Activities start at 9:15 AM
Start your day with Storytime at the Kenosha Public Library – Simmons Branch, located at the south end of the downtown district at 711 59th Place. The Easter Bunny will be on-site for this FREE read-aloud session from 9:15 – 9:45 a.m. in the activity/community room, accessible by spiral staircase (we apologize, this area is not ADA accessible).
Families are invited to stroll with the Easter Bunny and former Alderman John Fox, who was a co-founder along with Bonnie Mirkiewicz of the Original Bunny Hop event, as he makes his way from the library, through downtown, to the Rhode Center for the Arts at 514 56th Street. At the Rhode, families can grab the first Easter Egg of the Bunny Hop event, enjoy free face painting, take photos with the bunny, and more!
Then, continue your exploration of Downtown Kenosha to collect more Easter eggs!
Collect Easter Eggs

WHERE: Participating Businesses in Downtown Kenosha
- Visit as many of the participating businesses as you would like.
- Participating venues will have eggs filled with candy and stickers for children – and eggs filled with special offers and treats for adults! This event is fun for the whole family!
- Please be courteous so as many people as possible can participate; only take one egg per person at each venue you visit.
- Eggs are available while supplies last.
