- Plant Watering – Classic Gardens -Franksville, WI – savings of $5200 – applying for meter for the water –

- Downtown Magazine – updates, Content and Ads submitted to Carmichael Communications for next issue – March 1st
- Universal Gift Cards – 46 venues now signed up
- Spotlights – rapid fire two businesses not highlighted

- Outreach & Retention
- Preparing packets to hand out to each business and property owner with BID info, opportunities, contacts, etc.
- Pulse survey sent in January – will send quarterly. Only 6 responses. Biggest struggles are currently sales and income.
- Site visits and inventory to start in March
- Streets & Beautification
- Holiday Lighting was taken down
- Light pole stars will remain up until the end of February
- Met with Parks Department on Cleaning up hedges on 6thAvenue between 54th and 55th Streets
- Cleanup Scheduled for April 20th, the Saturday before earth day.

- Graffiti – dumpster by HON, fencing by Moda Bella, other locations?
- Events & Promotions
- Restaurant Week – 31 of 63 participating restaurants are downtown!
- State of the Downtown – invitations sent
- Lattes with the Law – March 21 ($1,000)
- Bunny Hop – March 23, registration open – Bunny – Bunny at Rhode from 10 – 1
- Sip & Stroll – June 8, event application

- Patrick’s Day Parade – Downtown – Boathouse to Library park -bands – friendly neighborhood – permit needed!
