Join us on Sunday, November 10th for a wine tasting & masterclass featuring selections from famed Slovene Winemaker Marjan Simčič!
This matinée tasting will walk you through 6 expressions of wine from Domaine Marjan Simčič––located in Slovenia’s Brda region, just east of the border with Italy.
Brda means “hills” in Slovenian. The region is characterized by rolling hills and a unique microclimate influenced by the Adriatic Sea to the south and the Julian Alps to the north, which provides an ideal environment for grape growing. Heralded as THE benchmark producer in the region, Marjan has built an international reputation for crafting wines of great energy, longevity, and finesse.
