About “PLEASE EXCUSE MY BOUNDARIES”
Kristy Jean was born knowing exactly who she was—bold, stubborn (“capatosta,” as her Italian family would say), and unafraid to speak her mind. But then she met the world. The world told her to be quiet, sit nicely, and fit in at all costs. So, like so many of us, she learned to please, to excuse, to shrink. Little by little, she lost herself.
“Please Excuse My Boundaries” is a raw, unapologetic exploration of what happens when we trade authenticity for acceptance—and what it takes to reclaim ourselves. Through personal stories and hard-earned lessons, Kristy Jean unpacks the ways she excused her fears, ignored her needs, and let others dictate her worth. But this isn’t just her story—it’s an invitation to examine your own.
