Peanut Butter & Jam Concert Series

FreePeanut Butter & Jam Concert Series presented by the City of Kenosha and Happenings magazine. The 22nd season of the free outdoor concert series takes place Thursdays, July 11th – August 29th. Offering a varied lineup of musical genres sure to entertain.
Select solo, duo and trio artist perform at 11:30 am (shows will be announced soon) Headliners perform at 6pm.
Amped up full bands perform at 6 pm.
Concert-goers are welcome to sit in Veterans Memorial Park to enjoy the concert, or across the street at Navy Memorial Park near the Harbor. Sixth avenue is closed between 52nd Street and 54th Street for the evening show, for pedestrian safety. People are reminded not to sit close to the streetcar tracks and to use designated crosswalks and pedestrian routes.
Don’t’ forget to bring your own chairs or blankets to sit and enjoy the show!
Show line up includes
July 11th: The Now- A staple of Wisconsin cover bands for more than 18 years, performing rock, country and pop covers spanning five decades.
July 18th: Fast Times – A high energy band that brings you back to the 1980s music and styles.
July 25th: Disco Circus – Creating a nostalgic experience by combining the energy and Excitement of a three-ring circus with the grooviest Music from the 1970s with three lead vocalists.
August 1st: 7th Heaven – Whether you’re a fan of classic hits or a newcomer to their sound, 7th Heaven’s performances promise an exhilarating journey through the best of pop music.
August 8th: Lil’ Ed and the Blues Imperials – Performing at major blues festivals worldwide, Lil’ Ed is a multiple Blues Music Award winner and returning favorite to Peanut Butter & Jam.
August 15th; yankee Cowboy – Midwest’s hottest country rock band, performing upbeat, exciting modern country music along with blasts for the past. They are known for their big sounds with free-part harmonies.
August 22nd: Jonny Lyons & the Pride – A five-piece show band, the group has been entertaining folks all over the Midwest.
August 29th: The Yacht Rock-ettes – The world’s first and only female lead yacht rock cover band brings back the smooth rock of the 1970s and early 1980s.
