Little Yogi’s Heart Opening Valentine Flow

$10 – $15Welcome February! Allow your little ones to rebalance with our HYK Little Yogi’s Valentine Flow ♥️.
Dana will be guiding our little yogis into deep breathing exercises followed by a heart warming flow. They will also work with different partners and explore yoga poses that depend on teamwork and communication with one another. There will be reflection on how our yogis needed each other to unify and work together. We will meditate on how all life is connected. After class, the kids will exchange Valentines/small treats.
Please bring a Valentine (20 total) to share with each person in the class.
All ages welcome, ages 4-10 encouraged.
