Join us on Saturday, June 1st for a matinée whiskey tasting & masterclass with Master Blender Joe Henry of Wisconsin’s own J. Henry & Sons! Joe will be leading a deep dive into the distillates that his family crafts on their family farm in Dane, Wisconsin.
Growers of premium & heirloom grains for three generations, J. Henry & Sons is has been quietly leading an important grain-to-glass effort among Midwest distillers.

Spirits will be accompanied by small bites, courtesy of The Apis culinary team. Seating is available by advanced ticket purchase only, and all spirits selections––along with a few rarities from our cellar––will be made available for retail sale at special event-only pricing.
