Join us on Friday, May 31st for a Whiskey Dinner featuring several award-winning selections from Wisconsin’s own J. Henry & Sons!
Growers of premium & heirloom grains for three generations, J. Henry & Sons has been quietly leading an important grain-to-glass effort among Midwest distillers.
Joining us for the evening will be Master Blender and third generation grower Joe Henry. Joe will be leading a deep dive into the distillates that his family crafts on their family farm in Dane, Wisconsin.

These exquisite whiskies will be accompanied by expertly crafted cocktails and a multi-course dinner, courtesy of The Apis culinary team. Seating is available by advanced ticket purchase only, and all whiskey selections––along with a few rarities from our cellar––will be made available for retail sale at special event-only pricing.
