HYK Winter Solstice Little Yogi’s Holiday Night

Join us on Saturday, December 21st, for 2 hours of holiday fun 
The Winter Solstice is a time of renewal. We will guide our little Yogi’s to help them bring in new light, joy, and peace during this time. This festive Holiday-themed flow will warm our bodies and allow us to move into a meditation that will open and warm our hearts.
We will lift our spirits with activities that bring comfort and joy! After our flow, the class will enjoy hot chocolate, depart on a trolley ride to view neighboring decorations and return back to the studio to decorate cookies, make ornaments, and watch Polar Express!
This extended class allows for last-minute errands to prepare for the upcoming holiday season
