Spending years playing in various punk bands across the Welsh valleys, she eventually shifted her focus towards the sounds of pre-war blues and Appalachian folk music, which paved the way for her exploration into the American Primitive guitar style.
Her second album, ‘Strange Lights Over Garth Mountain,’ was released at the tail end of 2020 and was met with enthusiastic acclaim. This followed the success of her debut album, ‘You Never Were Much Of A Dancer,’ which was unveiled in 2018 through Tompkins Square and received equally high praise.
