Back 2 School Yoga Flow & Tie Dye Event at Eichelman

Come have some fun in the sun with us before school kicks off for our Back 2 school Little Yogi event on Lake Michigan 
We will focus on communication, team work & coping skills. Each yogi will be encouraged to express their thoughts and ideas through several interactive games and activities!
We will also lead the group through a dynamic yoga flow that incorporates meditation, breathing, and physical & mental awareness.
This fun and engaging class will help your child understand the importance of collaboration, offer opportunities for social development, and improve overall well being as each child connects with nature 
Afterwards, each yogi will each make their own tie dyed shirt to bring home (and to wear back for our glow flow in October

Investment is $20 per child This class is 90 minutes you may drop your child off and pick up them up at the end of class at noon. Make sure to bring a 100% cotton t-shirt that will fit your child
