Come join us for this 2 hour event to balance and realign the mind, body, and soul. We will be focusing on clearing old energy out of the body for the Spring Equinox, in return we will open up new pathways and channels to help you connect to higher realms.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine Spring is a time for new beginnings, as the days get longer, and the sun starts getting warmer. It’s a time of expansion rather than contraction. We begin to move and grow outward in the world after the hibernation of winter months. If we have followed nature’s way and taken a winter rest, we too emerge into spring.

This is the season to plant seeds for a future harvest, to look ahead and make new plans, formulate new ideas, make decisions, and determine our direction for the coming year – and to take action. It’s the time to leave behind the stagnant energy of cold winter. Our thoughts and intentions are the seeds of our reality. So we will clear and align our energy field ✨

We will begin by raising the energy in the body through movement and breath. After we balance and raise the energy, Candi from Three Moons Acupuncture will begin to “Clear the Field” with Acupuncture and Healing Crystals applied to the body to clear old energy from the body. Clearing the head field offers a time to release anything that no longer serves you and clears the field for planting what will. Be open to the field. Believe. Bring your love and a clear intention!
After we open the body and clear the head field our body will be prepared to go into a deep meditation that will allow us to move into a protective field of light. We will then open up to our higher self and tap into higher spiritual realms, as we connect to guides and masters.
We will finish with a sound bath that will help relax the body, clear the subconscious mind, and activate the body’s natural healing systems 🎶

In addition: The Liver is the corresponding organ of Spring. The Liver is also associated with anger when it’s out of balance, and expansion when in balance. When we’re not aligned with what we’re doing, and not allowed to feel growth and expansion, we feel stuck. When the Liver Qi is stuck or stagnates it causes anger, irritability and frustration to name a few. Likewise it can also expand too rapidly or without foundation. So to help soothe the Liver energy during it’s time the amethyst has calming and grounding properties which provides a nice balance.
