The 20th “Bowls & Books” Soupfest Contest will be held at the Rhode Center for the Arts, 514 56th Street, on Wednesday, March 29th. Eight restaurants will be serving from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and eight different restaurants will be serving from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The restaurants serve their favorite and best soup.
