Deep dive with us into the science of what makes coffee, coffee!
This will be a wild journey of a 2 1/2—to 3-hour class in which we give you all the background science in understanding why coffee tastes the way it does, and what factors influence the many flavor components. It will be a hands-on class in which you’ll examine everything from sourcing to roasting to diving into how to brew, taste and appreciate coffee!
Join us on November 16th from 9-11:45am. The cost is $30 and will include one 12 oz bag of coffee of your choice and heaps of cool knowledge. Choosing the perfect coffee for you is much easier the more you know, and your everyday cup will never be the same.
There is a limit of 10 participants.
