It really adds to the fun and beauty of the event.” \nThe Holiday Winter HarborMarket will be located on the Second Floor Ballroom\, and the Lower-Level Heritage and Elks Rooms at The Stella. Both floors are fully accessible for people with health conditions and impairments. The hotel and the space will be festively decorated\, Forgianni said. There will be a video presentation\, produced by Backyard Dream Studio\, which focuses on Downtown Kenosha’s past\, present\, and future. The video includes interviews of business owners and local leaders. \nRefreshments will be provided. There is no cost to attend\, however registration is required.
