SUMMARY:Little Yogi's Autumn Equinox Flow
DESCRIPTION:In this class\, we will welcome the Fall season at Petrifying Springs Park. Each little yogi will be led through a yoga flow and meditation that will honor the Autumn Equinox. This flow will bring awareness to the changing of seasons and the growing changes that occur within themselves.\nThe group will then explore the trails on a scavenger hunt together; making their very own “sunprint” art creation.
