This story encapsulates that life is unforgiving and cruel\, but it\, more importantly\, expresses that life can be miraculous even if the darkness is enough to consume everything. Containing four sections that convey the losses\, healings\, struggles\, and rewards of this grueling but gratifying journey\, this book is a movingly intricate weave—a detailed and poetic chronicle of healing against all odds. \nAbout Payton Lange: \nPayton Lange is a twenty-year-old college student pursuing a career in occupational therapy. She has been wanting to write a book about her spinal cord injury journey for years\, but she believes that due to her abundant life lessons and growth she has endured especially over this past year\, that now is a better time than any.
