QR codes will be placed in the windows of participating downtown businesses making YOU the judge! Cast your vote from Friday\, October 20th to Midnight Sunday\, October 22nd with your favorite downtown window display. \nThis event is Presented by The City of Kenosha and The Lakeshore Business Improvement District.
