DESCRIPTION:We are taking over the block for our first annual Spooktoberfest! Join us at Public Brewing Company on Saturday 26 October 2024 from 12pm-6pm for a fall block party that features fun for all ages with elements of Halloween & Oktoberfest! This event is free to attend so gather your family\, friends\, and dogs and get ready for some tricks and treats!\nHere are the highlights:\nBEVERAGES: We are offering a delicious selection of beers from both Public Brewing Company and Lakefront Brewery\, available both outside and inside. We will have N/A beer\, gluten-free beer\, and soft drinks available for purchase too.\nVENDORS: Explore a variety of vendors offering unique goods and treats.\nFOOD: Public Brewing Company taproom and kitchen is open from 11am-9pm. We will have a special event menu indoors for the day that includes items like Pumpkin Spice cheese curds and vegan corn dogs. Other food can be purchased outdoors from Lakefront Brewery’s CurdWagon\, open from 12-6pm\, featuring all gluten-free\, autumn-themed food such as Thanksgiving dinner cheese curds\, poutine\, and more.\nCOSTUME CONTEST: Calling all adults\, kids\, and dogs to dress in their best costumes for a chance to win fun prizes! Prizes will be awarded for scariest\, cleverest\, and cutest costumes.\nACTIVITIES/ENTERTAINMENT: We are featuring kid-friendly activities such as pumpkin tic tac toe\, cornhole\, glitter tattoos\, and a BYO sliced caramel apple station. Midwest DJ Productions will be pumping out tunes all day\, so grab a partner and get on the dance floor!\nDONATIONS: We are collecting non-perishable food items for the Shalom Center\, which serves Kenosha as the only homeless shelter\, largest food pantry\, and longest-running nightly meal program. Non-perishable food items are greatly appreciated\, but not required for attendance. Please drop off items at the beer trailer.\nCome on down to celebrate a day filled with beer\, food\, and fun! We can’t wait to celebrate Spooktoberfest with you!
